This is a one-person operation. It collects as little as it can get away with, and this page says exactly what that is in plain words.

What is collected

Your email address, when you claim an artifact or ask to hear when the member area opens. Nothing on this site asks for a name, a phone number, a company, or a payment method.

How you got here. If the link you followed carried UTM parameters, those are stored alongside your subscription. They record which video, post or platform sent you, never who you are. If you asked about the member area, the one answer you selected is stored too.

Aggregate traffic. Page views are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile.

What is not collected

No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no selling or renting of your address to anybody, ever.

Who processes it

Email is handled by beehiiv, which runs the newsletter. The site is served by Cloudflare. Those two are the whole list.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted outright. Email hello@twolevelsabove.com and it gets done. No form, no ticket number.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes and the change goes out in the newsletter.
